Terms and Conditions

        Rental and Reservation  Agreement 

1. Payment is reqUtrecht at the time of your booking to confirm your reservation.
2.All greetings are installed by our team for a 24 hour rental period. During our consultation we provide a time frame for delivery and pick up. Additional time may be provided for a fee.

3.All lawn Items are property of LA YARD KARD. You are responsible for any damage. You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn greetings.

4. For everyone’s safety, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the lawn display. Our greetings DO NOT support the weight of a child or adult sitting, leaning or playing on them. We kindly ask that you discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.

5.Do not rearrange or move anything from the display. If you have a concern, please contact us immediately. We will gladly provide an early pick up upon request.

6. Do not attach balloons or anything to the display.

7. Do not vandalize or throw away our signs. Please protect our inventory while in your care. You are responsible for any damage.
8.Please arrange any lawn service or care prior to set up. This includesturn off all sprinklers. 

9.In the event of bad weather, we are unable to provide our services. We will gladly provide a full refund or credit.
10. LA YARD KARD and all persons representing are not liable or responsible for any damages or injuries that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set up, removal or return of rental.

11. Any cancellations require a 48 hour notice of your reservation in order to receive a full refund. If not, we will apply the full balance towards a future booking.
When you place an order/booking with LA YARD KARD, you agree to all policies stated above.
